Crack Injection

  1. Chip Crack out with electric hammer drill.
  2. Drill 3/8th inch hole, 4 inches deep – approx every 6-8 inches from top to bottom of crack.
  3. Insert injections.
  4. Starting at the bottom of a crack, Start injecting with high pressure polyurethane grout until the crack is glued back together.
  5. Knock off injection ports and clean the surface area of the crack.
  6. Patch the surface of the crack with a high strength concrete repair material.

Interior Drain Tile Systems.

The interior system is when water pressure occurs where the wall and floor meet. Which is cause from hydrostatic pressure from clogged tiles.

  1. Jack Hammer and Remove Concrete approx 1 ft from wall
  2. Trench 6inx6 in channel next to the footing
  3. Drill weep holes in hallow cores of cinder block.
  4. Place a thin layer of 6A stone in bottom of trench.
  5. Install 4in perforated thin wall drain tile.
  6. Cover tile with 6A stone.
  7. Install drainage board over tile and up wall approx 1ft high.
  8. Pour and Finish Concrete Floor
